The higher tiers add alternative logo variations (like stacked or icon-only versions), and the Signature Identity Bundle includes moodboarding, curated brand colors, and font pairing support — so you can build a cohesive, consistent presence from the ground up.

Can I request changes or revisions?

Yes! Every package includes at least one revision round (see the comparison above). You’ll get a chance to request changes to your design before final delivery. Need more tweaks or want to explore other concepts? Extra revisions or alternate options can be added on at any time — just reach out and we’ll find a solution that works for you.

Do I need to have a brand idea before I book?

Not at all. If you’re just getting started or feeling unsure, that’s okay — this is exactly what I help with. My intake form and moodboard process are designed to uncover your style, vibe, and goals even if you don’t have a clear vision yet. The Signature Identity Bundle includes personalized brand direction support so you can feel confident in your look moving forward.

What if I want matching assets or social graphics?

Absolutely! I offer add-ons like:

Will I be able to edit things later?

Yes! I provide file types that are ready for both editing and uploading:

• SVG: Best for web and future editing (scales infinitely, perfect for web or design tools like Canva Pro or Affinity).
• PNG (transparent background): Ideal for uploading your logo to websites, social profiles, email signatures, and product images.
• JPG: A flat version great for mockups, portfolios, and printed use.
• PDF: High-resolution and perfect for printing or offline previews.
• AI / Affinity file (on request): Editable source file if you want to tweak things yourself later or hand it off to a designer down the line.

I’ll also give you guidance on which file types to use where — so you don’t feel lost or overwhelmed.

What design software do you use?

I design using Affinity Designer, which is a professional vector tool similar to Illustrator — but more accessible, modern, and built for creatives like us. It allows me to create crisp, clean files with the flexibility to deliver your logo in whatever format works best for you.

How will I onboard and receive everything?

Once you book, you’ll immediately be guided through the process:

1. You’ll get an intake form via your first milestone where you’ll share your ideas, inspiration, and preferences.
2. I’ll send you a welcome message and client portal invite and kick off the creative phase.
3. All files, drafts, and walkthroughs will be shared in one easy-to-access client folder within the portal — no scattered emails or lost links.
4. If you booked the Signature Bundle, you’ll also receive a brand board preview summarizing your logo, fonts, and color palette for quick reference.

How long should I expect my logo project to take?

Great question! Here’s what to expect:

• Initial reply: I’ll respond to your inquiry within 24 hours, and always within 48 hours at most.
• Rough concept delivery: Once we’ve nailed down your ideas, I aim to deliver one to three initial logo concepts within 5–7 business days. This gives me the time to sketch, explore typography, and refine ideas thoughtfully.
• Revision rounds: After your feedback, each round of revisions typically takes an additional 2–4 days, depending on the complexity of the change.
• Typical total timeframe: Most projects wrap up in 10–14 days total, but since I currently balance this work with a full-time job, I add a bit of extra padding so I can give your logo the attention it deserves (and make sure I don’t rush the creative magic).

Are there any extra costs?

There are no hidden fees — everything listed in your package is included. If you request extra revision rounds, alternate versions, or want to add matching assets (like banners or Canva templates), I’ll always share transparent add-on pricing first so you can decide with confidence.
